Founded in 2018, The Blonde Hedgehog is a luxury boutique hotel in Alderney – from cosy rooms to deluxe suites, The Blonde Hedgehog caters for every type of guest. We were approached by The Blonde Hedgehog to deliver the interior decoration & tiling for the hotel in preparation for their launch in 2020.
Developed.
The Blonde Hedgehog acquired an 18th-century building to serve as the home for their hotel – restoring & redefining the property along the way. Alongside The Blonde Hedgehog, we consulted & developed a programme of works that enabled the hotel’s interior to be ready for the opening.
Delivered.
The Blonde Hedgehog has allowed the interior to speak for itself – deciding to opt for simplicity & not overcrowding the bedrooms, bathrooms or restaurant with artworks or excessive decoration. Racing Gloss, Verde Nero & Deco Penn Metro tiles have been used on bathroom walls, with Alfresco & Renzo Hex Potsdamer mosaic tiles for the bathroom’s floors. Whilst, Duck Green & Hague Blue by Farrow & Ball has been used throughout the hotel.
