Manor Court, Hanwell
Property Size: 1,840 SF
Our team completed the redecoration of this Victorian Grade II-listed house on Manor Court Road in Hanwell. The scope of works included painting and decorating all 1,840 sq ft of living space, including the entryway, hallways, living room, bedrooms, and kitchen.
The grand front door leads directly to the spacious front living room. The living room walls are painted in dark blue and complements the crisp white ceiling which grounds the space.
The open-plan study and dining rooms are painted in Wimborne White by Farrow & Ball, creating the appearance of a larger and brighter space. Meanwhile, the rooms feature a beautifully restored cornice that adds depth and contrast. These rooms lead to the kitchen and breakfast bar which is painted with white paint and is complete with white cabinets and black tiles, creating the appearance of a bright and spacious area.
Similarly, the hallways keep a contemporary aesthetic with crisp white walls and panelling that runs through the halls and scales the staircases to the first floor. The two bedrooms on the first floor are complete with a neutral colour palette and brought together by wallpaper, simple cornice, and bright furnishings.
Our painters and decorators in Hanwell completed the work in two phases at the client’s request. The first phase of work included painting and decorating the kitchen, hallways, and living room – while the latter phase consisted of the bedrooms and dining room.
